This is a quick green bean side dish that adds great flavor and color to any meal. It's simple to prepare and uses ingredients you probably already have at home.
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add beans and saute for a few minutes until lightly browned.
Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and add zest from one lemon, toasted pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in the skillet and enjoy!
